The Buyer and the Seller must provide following documents their respective Aadhar Card copy, PAN Card copy and their passport size photos. From the Witnesses to the document, their respective Aadhar Card copy, and their passport size photos must be provided.
Generally following documents are annexed to the documents: Chain of Agreements and competitive Court’s Grant or Order for the property, Property Card, 7/12, Occupancy Certificate, Completion Certificate, Property Assessment Bill, Allotment Letter (MHADA, CIDCO, SRA, Collector), Society Share Certificate, Society No Objection Certificate to sell the property, Society No Dues Certificate, Society Maintenance Bill, Index – II, Receipts of Stamp Duty and Registration Fees paid on the said property, Will of the deceased, Transfer Deed, Registered Power document (if transferred through a power holder) Release Deed or Relinquishment Deed or Family Arrangement Deed for intestate properties, Competent Court’s Grant or Order, latest utility bill in name of the seller, and any other document that the registrar may ask from time to time.
